Mailboxes:
River Ridge on the Toccoa has a bank of 12 mailboxes at the entrance before the gate. River Ridge is responsible for these mailboxes. The mail is delivered daily. If a package is too large to fit in the mailbox, there are two larger holding boxes that can be used. If your package is in the holding box a key to that box will be placed in your mailbox. Take the key open the large holding take your package and leave the key. If the package is too large for the holding mailbox it will be taken back to the post office for you to pickup. The Postal Worker is not permitted to come into the gated community even if the gate is open.

- Will have to pay a $23 fee to change locks on the mailbox. River Ridge POA does not have keys to the mailboxes.
- Post Office will setup your mailbox.
Additional delivery information:
- United Parcel Service (UPS) does come into the subdivision and has the gate code and will deliver to your door.
- FedEX does come into the subdivision and has the gate code and will deliver to your door.
